Abstract

4 páginas.- 1 figura.- 21 referencias.- Descripción del póster presentado en el 16th European Workshop on Lignocellulosics and Pulp (EWLP) Gothenburg, Sweden, June 28 – July 1, 2022
Currently, wood boards such as Particle Board (PB) and Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) rely on the use of fossil-based binders, mainly formaldehyde-based binders. Although there has been a great deal of investigation into potential alternatives, to date none of the biobased alternatives have performed satisfactorily on an industrial scale.
This project has received funding from the Bio Based Industries Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 792063.
