Implementation of the Fiscal Function of Customs Payments in the Formation of the State Budget

В данной статье проводится анализ влияния таможенных платежей на структуру федерального бюджета РФ, в разрезе состава таможенных платежей, а также выявление причины изменения данной структуры за 2019-2020 год. Приводится обоснование сущности платежей и их фискальной функции. This article analyzes the impact of customs payments on the structure of the federal budget of the Russian Federation, in the context of the composition of customs payments, as well as identifying the reasons for the change in this structure for 2019-2020. The substantiation of the essence of payments and their fiscal function is given.
