Steadness and crisisness as the factors of development of ecological and valeological educative systems

Рассматриваются исторические предпосылки устойчивого развития, устойчивости (стабильности), отмечается, что они появились вместе с глубокой дифференциацией общества. Обращается внимание на целесообразность постановки общей задачи о подготовке будущих педагогов к реализации вхождения образования в состояние устойчивого развития - по выходу из затянувшегося кризисного состояния. Уделяется внимание устойчивому развитию и устойчивости динамических самоорганизующих систем не только потому, что они глубоко взаимосвязаны с экологией и валеологией, но еще и потому, что названные области знаний обусловливают образование, которое нацелено на формирование отношений человека с окружающей средой и миром. Эколого-валеологическое образование не должно сводиться к взаимосвязанным, непрерывным учебным курсам и учебным предметам, но должно рассматриваться в качестве особого направления в федеральной, региональной и муниципальной политике. The article deals with the history of the problem of steady development and steadiness; it is stated that the interest to the matter appeared together with the deep differentiation of the society. The focus is made upon the expediency to recognize as the general objective the preparation of future teachers to support the system of education into the steady development period on the way out of the prolonged crisis. The emphasis is placed on the steady development and steadiness of the dynamic self-organizing systems not only because they are deeply interconnected with ecology and valeology but also because the named spheres of knowledge stipulate education which aims at the building up of the man's relations with the nature and the world. The ecology-valeological education is to be considered not only as the interrelated continuous courses and subjects but as the special trend in the federal, the regional and the municipal policy.
