The Use of CRM System by SMB Amit The Increase of Import Substitution

The article considers the consequences of the increasing volume of import substitution and state defense orders for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia. The results of research on the level of implementation of CRM systems are represented. The conclusion about the importance of implementing automation programs for the structural business development is given.
