Sozio-technische Problemlösungsfähigkeit von PPS-Systemen

In order to cope with the complexity of tasks in production planning and control (PPC), companies rely on the potential of information systems (IS) in the daily decision-making process. The basic prerequisite for the targeted use of IS is technology acceptance as a constituent feature of human behavioral intentions. Therefore, this thesis deals with an approach to increase acceptance in PPC systems by enhancing socio-technical problem solving capabilities.
