Abstract

令和4年度宇宙輸送シンポジウム(2023年1月12日-13日. 宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究所(JAXA)(ISAS)) , 相模原市, 神奈川県<br />Space Transportation Symposium FY2022 (January 12-13, 2023. Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)(ISAS)), Sagamihara, Kanagawa Japan<br />A hybrid rocket fuel was developed by recycling the runner (frame) of an ABS plastic model. An X-ray inspection was performed to confirm internal defects in the regenerated fuel, and a thermal analysis was performed to compare it with the conventionally used ABS resin. The total impulse was well reproduced in two combustion tests using conventional ABS resin fuel and four combustion tests using recycled plastic. In addition, we conducted a launch test, and although we did not break the altitude record, we succeeded in demonstrating a launch using recycled plastic as fuel.<br />資料番号: SA6000184004<br />STCP-2022-004
