The Effect of Practice for Improving Career Awareness in Second Year Student through Career Presentation in front of Educational Volunteers

本稿は大手前大学において行われた2 年次のキャリアデザインプレゼンテーションにおける教育ボランティアの効果を明らかにした。大手前大学では2012 年12 月に学外の社会人で、主として学生のキャリアに関するプログラムに協力する教育ボランティアを招いて2 年次学生を対象としたキャリアプレゼンテーションを行った。本プログラムは教育ボランティアが各クラスの個別学生によるプレゼンテーションを聞き、そのプレゼンテーションに基づいてキャリアに関するアドバイスを行うというものであった。学生は自分の発表が終わった後も教室に残り、最後まで他学生のプレゼンテーションを聞き、自らのキャリアを考える際の参考にする。このような一連の流れの中で学生がキャリアに関する意識をどのように高めたのかというということを測定し、効果検証を行った。
This study clarified the effect of practice about career for second year student at Otemae university. Especially I focus on the career presentation. In this practice, we utilized the educational volunteer which there is unique system in Otemae University. Finally, we show effect of this practice.
