The following research results were discussed: Seven papers on instbility include stability analysis using discretized Navier-Stokes equation, instability of the flow in a rectangular duct, two dimensional bifurcation structure, convective chaos in a wake, pattern formation in Rayleigh-Benard convection. Five papers on transition of boundary layers include roughness induced instability, vortices along a concave wall, traveling waves along a yawed cylinder, turbulent transition process in instability field. Five papers on structure of vorticity include the near wake behind a circular cylinder, three dimensional structure of Karman vortex streets. Four papers on turbulent flow include turbulent flow on a sawtooth riblet surface, and turbulent mixing in superonic wake.
