食料資源リサイクルシステムの市場化・組織化・ネットワーク化 : 生ごみを飼料化・堆肥化するコンビニ業・食品製造業・大規模畜産を中心にして

This is a positivist study analyzing new types of venture businesses surveyed from theviewpoint of economics and organization theory. Since April of 1995, some projects have been started based on the 'Zero Emission' vision proposed by the United Nations University, and people have suddenly been focusing attentionon bio‐technology and a system of using recycled raw waste as food resources, instead of disposing of the waste by burning them, and then burying the remains. However, to open as far as possible such a closed system inherent in zero emission, there need to be developed not only marketizing and organizing but also a networking system for recycling raw waste remaining in food resources.
この研究は，以下の視点から，経済学的・組織論的に調査した新型のベンチャー・ビジネスを分析した実証的研究である。ゼロエミッション構想は，国連大学が提案して，それにもとづくプロゼクトがスタートした1995年4月以来，生ゴミを焼却し埋め立てる処理でなく，食料資源としてリサイクルする技術やシステムが，俄に注目されるようになった。だが，ゼロエミッションの固有の閉鎖系を出来る限り開放系にするためには，生ゴミを食料資源にリサイクルする市場化や組織化だけでなく，ネットワーク化が必要であろう。
