Abstract
- The Kansai Faculty Development Association, which is a mutual-aid association of universities in the Kansai area concerning faculty development (FD), has held annual FD Meetings since 2010 in order to share FD practices of each member university. The program of each meeting includes poster presentations of each member universities' efforts and "institutional" peer review activities for exchange of opinions and/or ideas among members of the association. Through the meeting, this paper confirms significance for the meeting participants from analysis of questionnaires and nine categories are extracted from their reviewed comments. The result suggests the effectiveness of the meeting program, as the degree of satisfaction was quite large. Categories extracted from reviewed comments are considered to be a helpful reference for following reviewers.
