Aldolase C in rat fetal liver

The presence of aldolase C in rat fetal liver is a controversial problem with seems to stem from the methods used to study it as well as the cellular composition of the liver. It is discussed in the light of new data obtained from enzymatic, electrophoretic and immunological methods.
