Abstract
- This paper proposes a concrete course of action upon which a renewed dialogue and a common cause can begin between Science and Labor. The necessity for expeditious and consistent application of scientific information in the solution of environmental problems facing Labor is outlined. A joint approach to these problems, focusing on data application, is proposed which, if generally acceptable to Science, would attract broad legislative and community support from Labor.
