Narrativas audiovisuais

Orientadores: Lúcia Eustachio Fonseca Ribeiro, Gilberto Alexandre Sobrinho Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Artes Resumo: Nesta dissertação faço uma reflexão sobre os processos criativos de dois audiovisuais narrativos de minha autoria, SIdade* e MultipliSIdade**. Como linha de pensamento, adoto a questão da relação entre o fragmento e o todo, em relação à poética e às técnicas de construção das obras. A poética do trabalho refere-se ao desenvolvimento de um olhar perceptivo sobre o ambiente urbano contemporâneo, tanto em relação aos fragmentos significantes que remetem a uma identidade do todo urbano, quanto em relação aos indivíduos/fragmentos da cidade contemporânea e as modificações nas formas de ver, sentir e perceber do coletivo/todo. Tecnicamente, relaciono meus fragmentos - a origem da idéia e os desenhos, a outros - captados na Internet, e que funcionam juntos em um todo audiovisual, assim como identifico nas obras a utilização de procedimentos de campos da imagem em movimento tais como o cinema, o vídeo, a animação e as novas tecnologias. * SIdade Metaplasmo que explicita o caráter individual dentro do contexto urbano: cidade > ci dade > si (próprio) dade (sufixo formador de substantivo) > SIdade~ uma característica do indivíduo. ** MultipliSIdade Metaplasmo que acentua o caráter heterogêneo das individualidades que compõe o todo urbano Abstract: In this dissertation, I reflect about the creative processes of two narrative audiovisuals of my own; SIdade* and MultipliSIdade**. As a line of thought, I approach the issue of the relationship between the fragment and whole in relation to the poetics and the construction techniques of the works. The work's poetics concerns the development of a perceptive eye on the contemporary urban environment, both in relation to significant fragments that refer to an identity of the urban whole, as to the individuals/fragments of the contemporary city and the changes in the forms of seeing, feeling and perceiving the collective/whole. Technically, I relate my fragments - the origin of the idea and the drawings - to others, captured on the Internet, and which work together in an audiovisual whole, the same way as I also identify, in the works, the use of procedures belonging to the fields of moving images such as cinema, video, animation and new technologies. * SIdade Portuguese metaplasm that explicits the individual character inside the urban context: cidade (city) > ci dade > si(own) dade (noum forming suffix equivalent to English -ity or -ness) > SIdade ~ ownness. ** MultipliSIdade Portuguese metaplasm (from multiplicity) that enhances the heterogenous character of the individualities comprising the urban whole Mestrado Artes Visuais Mestre em Artes
