Abstract
- Antral mucosal diaphragm is uncommon, and presents with manifestations of obstruction to the pyloric outlet. The diagnosis is usually established only by gastrotomy. Excision of the diaphragm or pylorophasty affords permanent cure and unnecessary partial gastrectomy should be avoided.
