Abstract
- Nanoengineered Heterostructures In article number 2100503, Zhinan Guo, Han Zhang, Paras N. Prasad, and co‐workers report a nanoengineered heterostructure for the first time demonstration of an nanointerface using an inserted graphene layer between black phosphorus (BP) and InSe which inhibits interlayer recombination and greatly improved photodetection performances.
