Abstract: We report an intelligent theranostic nanoprobe based on Mn3O4 tetragonal bipyramids, which boost MRI relaxivity and chemodynamic capacity upon simultaneous responding to H+ and GSH, for precise diagnosis and suppression of solid tumor and metastasis.
