Abstract
- A new series of benzodiazepine-containing γ-secretase inhibitors with potential use in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease is disclosed. Structure–activity relationships of the pendant hydrocinnamate side-chain which led to the preparation of highly potent inhibitors are described.
