La nourriture comme marqueur social dans quelques romans féminocentriques grecs et balkaniques du tournant du xixe au xxe siècle

Cet article propose d’explorer les dimensions sociales des pratiques qui sont liées à l’alimentation dans une série d’œuvres romanesques féminocentriques provenant des cultures grecque, serbe et roumaine du tournant du xixe au xxe siècle. Il conçoit la nourriture en tant que marqueur des transformations qui ont lieu au niveau des structures économiques et sociales des sociétés en question, ainsi que de la position sociale que la figure féminine occupe au sein de celles-ci. This article aims to explore the social dimensions of the practices that are related to food, in a number of feminocentric prose works from the Greek, Serbian and Romanian cultures at the turn of the nineteenth to the twentieth century. It conceives of food as a marker of the transformations that take place at the level of the economic and social structures, as well as of the social position of women, within the societies under discussion. Στο παρόν άρθρο εξετάζονται οι κοινωνικές διαστάσεις ορισμένων πρακτικών που συνδέονται με την τροφή σε μια σειρά γυναικοκεντρικών μυθιστορημάτων που προέρχονται από την ελληνική, σερβική και ρουμανική λογοτεχνία του τέλους του δέκατου ένατου και των αρχών του εικοστού αιώνα. Στην μελέτη αυτή, η τροφή λαμβάνεται ως δείκτης των μετασχηματισμών που σημειώνονται στο επίπεδο των οικονομικών και κοινωνικών δομών των υπό συζήτηση κοινωνιών, καθώς και της κοινωνικής θέσης που κατέχει μέσα σε αυτές η γυναικεία μορφή.
