- > Excellence is never an accident. It is always a result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution. > > — Aristotle1 We are reporting the results of implementing Learning from Excellence (LFE) initiative at Birmingham Women’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
