Abstract
- It has been stated that chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) markedly prompts neuronal damage and affects cognition. Dimethyl fumarate (DMF), a nuclear erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) activator, represents a class of molecules exhibiting neuroprotection.
