EEsof - Philips Smart Library

In this poster paper we present a new MMIC design library - the EEof-Philips SMART (Simulateable Microwave ARTwork) Library - based on a novel design approach that incorporates a file-based parameter list. The SMART Library permits the capture of a MMIC schematic, and can simultaneously display the detailed physical layout and circuit simulation. The library elements consist of schematic symbols, parametrized layout macros and C-language simulation models. The library works in conjunction with EEsof's, ACADEMYR design environment and LibraR nonlinear harmonic balance simulator.
