Abstract: ► Most solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are benign tumors, but some behave more aggressively. ► Correlation between pathologic grading and clinical behavior is poor but immunohistochemical profiles may be of use. ► Most disease is limited to site of origin, but complete surgical resection with follow-up is the standard of care.
