Business cluster or agglomeration of enterprises? Distinction through attributes of information transfer

Para análise e classificação das localidades com concentração de atividades produtivas de determinada cadeia alguns indicadores estão disponíveis, porém a maioria trabalha com a análise da dimensão operacional fundamentada em atributos associados às atividades produtivas. Esta pesquisa propõe e discute uma nova dimensão para análise, distinção e classificação destas localidades: a aprendizagem, tendo como atributo-chave de análise os eventos para transferência de informação e conhecimento. Os testes usaram dados de seis localidades. A partir do atributo indicado associado à dimensão aprendizagem conseguem-se desenvolver outros indicadores para análises de localidades tornando a mensuração e caracterização das localidades mais íntegras e completas. To analyze and to classify local productive settlements with concentration of activities there are some indicators, even so most of them works with the analysis of the operational dimension with base in attributes associated to the productive activities. This research proposes and discusses a new dimension for analysis, distinction and classification of these local productive settlements: the learning. The learning has as analysis attribute-key the events for transfer of information and knowledge. The tests made use of data of six clusters. Starting from the suitable attribute associated to the dimension learning, it is gotten to develop other indicators for analyses of clusters. This way the measurement and characterization of the clusters are more integrate and complete.
