Abstract
- 1. 1. Immunolochemical studies are presented which support the suggestion (Ma & Fisher, 1969) that the large and small adenosine deaminases in bovine tissues are different aggregated states of the same monomeric enzyme. 2. 2. Also, it is shown that four of the bovine tissue contain principally the small enzyme, three contain the large enzyme and one contains a mixture of both.
