Identification of Pelvic Varices on Gated Cardiac Imaging and Hepatobiliary Scans

Large pelvic varices were demonstrated on both hepatobiliary and gated cardiac imaging in a 66-year-old woman with hepatitis C and alcoholism, cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and hepatic failure, who was admitted with increasing confusion and right upper quadrant pain.
