Abstract: Thyroid dysfunction is recognized in the newborns of mothers affected by Graves' disease during pregnancy. We describe the development of concurrent hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism in the twin infants of a mother with Graves' disease diagnosed during pregnancy.
