Abstract: Two fluorescent signal indicators were simply converted from one organic precursor system by using the superior oxidation capability of manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanosheets for the first time, finally resulting in the successful fabrication of a ratio fluorometric bioassay of alkaline phosphatase (ALP).
