Abstract
- The clinical histories of 5 patients with osteomas involving the fronto-ethmoidal air sinuses who had cranial complications are reported. The importance of an adequate exposure to reveal the defects in the dura is emphasized. The selection of asymptomatic patients for surgical treatment is discussed in the light of the natural histories of the present cases.
