- International audience; BackgroundThe OPTIPRIM-ANRS 147 trial compared intensive combination ART (darunavir/ritonavir, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate/emtricitabine, raltegravir and maraviroc) started early during primary HIV-1 infection with standard tritherapy with darunavir/ritonavir, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and emtricitabine.
