Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatograghy with Altered Gastrointestinal Anatomy

Altered digestive anatomy creates unique challenges in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatograghy (ERCP). The type of previous surgery acts as a guide for endoscope selection and technical approach. Endoscopic therapy is preferred to percutaneous radiologic technique as it is minimally invasive and less morbid.
