Abstract

The article is devoted to the implementation of digital technologies in the real legal practice of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Examples of modern technologies in the legislation of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation and other countries are given and considered in detail. As a result of the research, the authors come to the conclusion that the informatization of law-making activities is a priority direction for the development of legal theory and practice not only in the CIS countries, but also for the entire legal profession in the world. Given the acceleration of digitalization and informatization of all spheres of society in the post-pandemic world, the authors emphasize the absolute importance of taking into account the risks and contradictions that legislative initiatives may face not only in the CIS countries, but also around the world.
