Abstract

There is various navigation technology of wheeled robots are existing for indoor environment and many robots are serving socially in different hospitality sectors also using one from the existing navigation method. Some of the serving robots are very popular like robots of China serving in restaurants are using line follower navigation technology and some papers discussing the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based navigation technology also. In this research, paper authors are discussing the comparison of SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) based navigation technology with line follower and RFID based Navigation technology respectively to show the increase in efficiency of SLAM based robots in comparison with others.
