Abstract
- A novel method based on the monolithic column solid-phase extraction( SPE) coupled w ith high performance liquid chromatography in online mode w as developed for the determination of trace forchlorfenuron in fruits. T he enrichment factor of SPE for forchlorfenuron w as 214. T he method w as fully validated. It show ed a linear range of 0. 01- 50. 00 μg / L and a limit of detection of 25 ng / L,w ith the relative standard deviation( R SD) of 3. 9%. T he proposed method w as successfully applied for the determination of forchlorfenuron in grape,kiw ifruit and w atermelon samples,w ith the recoveries of 87. 0%-120. 7% and the R SDs of 0. 6%- 9. 2%. T his online method w as proved to be selective,sensitive and convenient for the determination of trace forchlorfenuron in complex samples.
