Abstract

(A) LNCaP cells {plus minus} AD were treated with edelfosine (10 µM) and the cells were harvested after 3, 6 and 18 h time points. Cell lysates were examined by Western blotting for p-AKT and total AKT. (B) ARv7 expression in 22RV1 cells. Cells were cultured in 10 cm tissue culture dishes in CM or AD medium and then treated edelfosine (10 µM). Treated cells were harvested after 24 h, whole-cell lysates were extracted, and ARv7 expression was determined by Western immunoblotting. The same blot was re-probed for β-actin.
