Abstract
- This paper discusses the implementation of the inverse Jiles-Atherton vector hysteresis model with 2-D finite element (FE) method for the analysis of a hysteresis motor electromechanical behavior. A differential reluctivity tensor couples the hysteresis model with the magnetic vector potential-based FE model. Simulation results are validated by experimental data obtained from a specially designed machine.
