Призначення та перспективи використання межових знаків

Висвітлено питання необхідності встановлення межових знаків, варіанти їх конструкції, можливості застосування цифрових технологій у процесі закріплення меж земельних ділянок. У цій статті пропонується до розгляду конструкція межового знака з вбудованим інформаційно-ідентифікаційним чипом.
Problem The issues of necessity of installing border signs, variants of their construction, possibility of application of digital technologies at fixing boundaries of land plots are considered. Finding and identifying landmarks has long been a problem when performing land surveying or other works. The absence of common standards for making signs and their different types do not allow or significantly complicate their accurate accounting, localization, identification, especially long after their installation. Goal. This article highlights the need to set boundary marks, options for their construction, the possibility of using digital technologies in fixing the boundaries of land. Results. Fixing the boundaries of the signs is necessary, and the achievement of the possibility of their effective use is carried out by improving the types of signs (there should be only one type with different variations of fixing) and increasing the information which is displayed directly on the sign. This does not imply an increase in the number of inscriptions on the structural elements (here the efficiency is questionable) and the use of digital technologies at the maximum reduction of the sign cost while maintaining its endurance to adverse external conditions. The principle of construction of a boundary mark with a built-in information-identification chip has the prospects of application not only in the form of boundary marks but also as a means of facilitating the work of land surveyors. Such devices can also be installed in pickets or kilometers of columns, trademarks of protected areas, quarter pillars of forestland, etc.
