Degradation of Protein Kinases: Ternary Complex, Cooperativity, and Selectivity

Structural and biophysical studies on the ternary complex formation have provided a clear understanding of the basis for achieving degradation selectivity which is important in guiding the design of efficient and selective protein degraders.
