Abstract
- In this feature article, a general perspective of the research program aimed towards the preparation of polycyclic heterocycles by the means of enantioselective organocatalytic multicomponent reactions is presented. Guidelines for reaction design, including the selection of substrates and organocatalysts are discussed.
