Quantitative Methodologie in der Organisationspädagogik

This article discusses some of the main challenges for a quantitative approach when studying organizations under the specific perspective of organizational development. Methodological questions intend to close the gap between theory and the use of sound methods. A closer look at some of the respective research on educational organizations reveals deficits of knowledge concerning organizational change. Evaluation might be a concept, which, based on rigid empirical research, is also devoted to the production of evidence for bettering educational organizations and institutions.
