Abstract: In mice injected with rAAV6:activin A and/or rAAV6:IL-6, the mRNA expression of E3 ubiquitin ligases was determined in quadriceps muscles. In addition, skeletal muscle, epididymal WAT and BAT depots were probed for IL-6 target genes or genes involved in lipolysis and browning.
