Abstract
- Colonoscopy in an 11-year-old boy identified a large long pedunculated colonic duplication originating from the mesenteric side of the cecum extending to the sigmoid colon that did not share a common wall with the native colon and had become intussuscepted. Following uneventful excision, normal growth resumed after resolution of all symptoms.
