Abstract: The lung endothelial cell–derived angiocrine Rspondin3 activates Wnt–β-catenin signaling in interstitial macrophages, leading to a metabolic–epigenetic reprogramming of interstitial macrophages that drives anti-inflammatory responses and attenuates endotoxin-induced lung injury.
