Abstract: Short term (16 day) controlled fat (formula type diet) feeding to 10 healthy adult males led to no detectable change in the total amt or the relative proportions of the individual phospholipids of the red blood cells, although limited changes did occur in the fatty acids of certain of the phospholipids.
