Abstract
- Hollow Core Inhibited Coupling Fiber (HC-ICF) is preferable for multipetawatt laser-induced plasma diagnostics because of its broadband, low loss and weak chromatic dispersion. The transmission windows of HC-ICF depend on the thickness of the dielectric cladding. In this paper, various designs of HC-ICF are investigated in terms of confinement loss, dielectric overlap, and dispersion parameter.
