Abstract

Highlights • Paraburkholderia sp. XV was isolated from the rhizosphere of mango (Mangifera indica L.). • The draft genome of Paraburkholderia sp. XV consists of 9,189 coding DNA sequences, 60 tRNAs, a single copy of the 16S rRNA, 5S rRNA, and 23S rRNA gene, and 1 tmRNA. • The GC content in the draft genome of Paraburkholderia sp. XV is 62.6%.<br />Here, we report the draft genome of Paraburkholderia sp. XV. This strain was isolated from the rhizosphere of mango (Mangifera indica L.). Its genome consists of 9,189 coding DNA sequences, 60 tRNAs, a single copy of the 16S rRNA, 5S rRNA, and 23S rRNA gene, and 1 tmRNA. The GC content is 62.6%.
