Abstract

Herein, by introducing mismatches, a high-efficiency mismatch-fueled catalytic multiple-arm DNA junction assembly (M-CMDJA) with high-reactivity and a high-threshold is developed as a programmable DNA signal amplifier for rapid detection and ultrasensitive intracellular imaging of miRNA.
