Abstract
- A re-examination study was made of 18 cases of histologically verified adenosis tumour from 12 different hospitals in Denmark. Four mammographic appearances could be identified. No pathognomonic sign or appearance could be identified. The median age of the patients was 42 years. The mean diameter of the 'tumour' was 2.1 cm. The diagnostic problem of malignant and benign breast disease is discussed.
