Solitary multilocular cyst of the kidney

SUMMARY A case is described with a solitary, unilateral, multilocular renal cyst. This rare condition has now been reported eighteen times. Although anatomically a well-defined lesion, the clinical picture may be vague. Haematuria may be severe.
