Abstract

Background. Pulmonary valve (PV) balloon valvotomy (BV) is considered the treatment of choice for isolated pulmonary valve stenosis (IPVS). While immediate and long-term results of PVBV are usually excellent, the reported results in dysplastic valves are variable.
