Pulmonary hemorrhage in rheumatic diseases

In the article, we report the causes of pulmonary hemorrhage (PH) according to the literature data and own experience, with an emphasis on patients suffering from rheumatic diseases. Methods of diagnosis and modern approaches to the treatment of PH are analyzed.В представленной статье на основе данных литературы и собственного опыта приведены сведения о причинах легочных кровотечений (ЛК) с акцентом на пациентов, страдающих ревматическими заболеваниями. Проанализированы методы диагностики и современные подходы лечения ЛК.
